If you do not possess a current American Heart Association ACLS Provider or PALS Provider certification and have registered for the RENEWAL course, you must upgrade here to the INITIAL course as was instructed in the course description when you registered. Once you have upgraded, continue with your pretest for your course(s) respectively.

If you need to upgrade both courses, you will need to register twice; please add which course you are upgrading in the comment section of your registration form.
